The Freedom Centre is at the heart of a multi million pound development by the Preston Road Neighbourhood Development Company (PRNDC Ltd) as part of a substantial regeneration programme in the area.

The newly developed Preston Road Village Centre is an active and vibrant community complex that is located just three miles east of Hull city centre. The jewel of the Village Centre is the imposing Freedom Centre, which offers first class facilities for conferences & seminars, training courses, company board meetings and informal meetings. The Freedom Centre has established itself as a popular business venue with the public and private sectors alike.

The Freedom Centre’s dedicated hospitality team will ensure that your function or
meeting is an enjoyable experience. A full catering service can be provided with a
range of menus available, including buffets and sit-down meals.

Along with other Village Centre service providers, the Freedom Centre offers a range of services to benefit the local community, including a café, hairdressing salon, library and an extensive learning programme. As a not-for-profit social enterprise, the revenue from its conferencing facilities helps the Freedom Centre to maintain its services for local people.
